What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or just-above) energy practice that supports deep relaxation, stress relief, and natural healing. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki means “spiritually guided life force energy.” Simply put, it’s a way to bring your body and spirit back into harmony.

 

 

How does a session feel?
Most people experience Reiki as a wave of peaceful warmth, like being wrapped in a soft, glowing light. During your session, you’ll relax fully clothed on a comfortable table (or seated, if you prefer). My hands will rest lightly on (or just above) your body in a series of gentle positions, focusing on areas that need support. You may feel tingling, warmth, coolness, or simply a sense of deep calm. Some clients see colors, recall memories, or simply drift into a meditative rest.

 

What are the benefits?
Reiki is known to ease stress, quiet anxiety, soothe aches, and restore your sense of well-being. Many people find relief from tension, clearer emotions, and a gentle boost of clarity, sometimes after just one session. 60 minutes: $75

30 minutes: $40
