I was always drawn to nature and thrived as a child running around barefoot in the grass.  Being among the plants was always second nature to me and when I wasn't exploring the woods and climbing trees, I was picking wild blueberries and making sun tea from the peppermint leaves that grew along the lake I grew up near during the summer.  

 

I was able to take my love of nature to college where I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Outdoor Education and a concentration in Outdoor Adventure Programming.  Over the years my interest in a more natural approach to wellness grew as I realized that preventative medicine and therapies were increasingly important, especially in a time where there were so many negative changes in the healthcare environment.  

 

Now, as a certified Herbalist, I am so happy to be able to make medicine and other wonderful products out of the plants that I love so much.  From tinctures and teas, lotions and balms, flower essences and bath products, I take pride in the things that I make and my love and intention goes into each and every product.  Whether you are a client, a customer or just stopping by for a chat, it does my heart good to see others enjoying what the Earth provides for us to keep us healthy and happy for years to come!
